This notice is to inform you of our upcoming fee changes from 6 January 2025.

Government funding has not kept up with rising costs of providing general practice care, which has seen increases to patient fees nationally as general practices need to try to remain sustainable.

Unfortunately, this means that we now need to pass some of these costs on to our patients.

From 6 January the following fees will apply for our standard and ACC consultations with a GP or Nurse Practitioner for enrolled patients:

Additional charges may apply for non-standard items.

We understand that this increase in fees may impact some people more significantly than others. We encourage those who are significantly affected to reach out to us to discuss payment options.

If you have a Community Service Card your standard appointment fee remains at $19.50 for adults, and $13 for 14–17-year-olds.  Please see the link below to check whether you are eligible for a CSC: https://www.workandincome.govt.nz/products/a-z-benefits/community-services-card.html

Please note that payment is expected at the time of appointment or service unless you have made prior arrangements with us.
