Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions may be requested by using MyIndici or phone 06 368 8065 (press 2 for the script line). 

To process your prescription, we require the following information: name, address, DOB and the name and dose of your medications.

Or alternatively payment may be made at Reception

PLEASE ALLOW 3 WORKING DAYS for your prescription to be ready for collection.

Payment is to be made at the reception desk.  Please note there is an extra fee for urgent and/or faxed scripts.
